Course context: This lesson belongs to a practical beginner curriculum for Pakistan.
| Question | Authoritative place | Stop condition |
|---|---|---|
| Is a crypto method offered? | PA → Deposit for the selected account | Method is absent or under maintenance |
| Which asset/network is accepted? | The selected payment method instructions | Wallet cannot send on the exact named network |
| What amount is allowed? | Live minimum/maximum shown in PA | Amount falls outside limits after conversion |
| Who owns the source wallet/account? | Payment ownership evidence | Source cannot be shown as belonging to the account holder |
| How long can it take? | Average-to-maximum processing time in PA | User cannot wait through the stated maximum |
Pre-send verification
- Complete account verification and open Deposit in the official PA.
- Select only a crypto method actually displayed.
- Copy the current destination address from that transaction screen.
- Match coin/token and blockchain network character by character.
- Check whether a memo, tag or other identifier is required.
- Review provider/network fee and the amount expected after deductions.
- Send a permitted small test amount where the live minimum allows it.
- Save the transaction ID, address, network, amount and PA invoice reference.
Irreversible mismatch risks
| Mismatch | Likely consequence | Prevention |
|---|---|---|
| Wrong blockchain network | Funds may not be credited or recoverable | Select the identical network on sending wallet and PA |
| Wrong token/asset | Destination may not support it | Use the exact asset named in the payment instructions |
| Missing memo/tag | Automatic credit may fail | Copy every required identifier |
| Old saved address | Payment route may have changed | Generate/read details for the current transaction |
| Third-party source | Ownership review or rejection | Use a payment account belonging to the Exness account holder |
If the deposit is not credited
- Wait through the maximum processing time shown for that method.
- Open PA → Transaction history and select the deposit.
- Check its timeline and status.
- Compare on-chain transaction ID, confirmations, network and destination.
- Select Get support from that transaction and attach the saved evidence.
- Do not repeat the transfer merely because the first is still processing.
Currency and withdrawal planning
The trading-account currency cannot be changed after creation. Conversion may apply when deposit currency differs, and general deposit rules say the same selected payment currency should be used for withdrawal. Before sending, record the conversion quote and inspect the live withdrawal routes rather than assuming a crypto deposit can always be returned by any network.

Questions from a first-time learner
Does Exness always offer crypto deposits in Pakistan?
No. Availability is account-, region- and provider-specific; only methods shown in the Personal Area are current.
Is buying BTCUSD the same as depositing Bitcoin?
No. BTCUSD is a CFD position without ownership of the underlying Bitcoin.
Can I send from another person’s wallet?
General Exness payment rules prohibit third-party payments.
What should I do after a wrong-network transfer?
Do not send more. Preserve the transaction evidence and open support from the PA transaction record; recovery is not guaranteed.
