- Sign in directly to the official Personal Area.
- Verify the registered email and phone security type.
- Enter personal information exactly as on identity documents.
- Complete the economic profile accurately.
- Upload the requested proof of identity.
- Upload proof of address if requested.
- Monitor Profile → Verification and respond to the exact rejection reason.

Common rejection fixes

Security and privacy
Upload documents only inside the official PA/app workflow. Support should not require a password, one-time security code or remote access. Cover nothing unless the upload instructions explicitly permit it; altered documents can be rejected and may create account restrictions.

Questions from a first-time learner
How long can document review take?
Current official guidance says up to 24 hours; use Support Hub if there is no update after that.
Can my CNIC or passport be proof of address?
Current general guidance says identity documents are not accepted as POA even if an address appears on them.
How recent must POA be?
It should be issued within the past six months.
Can I send documents to a person in chat?
No. Use only the secure official PA/app upload workflow.
