Safe download and install
- Sign in to the official Exness Personal Area.
- Confirm the account card says MT4.
- Open the official platform download route and download MT4 for Windows.
- Reject modified installers from advertisements, chats or file mirrors.
- Install, then open Help → About and record the build.
- Use File → Login to Trade Account with the trading login, trading password and exact server.
First chart setup
Open Market Watch, reveal the intended demo symbol, confirm its suffix and contract specification, then add Bid/Ask lines. Set the chart timezone note to Exness server time (UTC+0) and keep Pakistan Standard Time (UTC+5) conversion beside the session plan.

Troubleshooting sequence
- Invalid account: recheck MT4 platform, login and trading password.
- No connection: verify server, internet, firewall and current build.
- Old version: reinstall from the official source.
- Trade disabled: check account state, first deposit requirements for real accounts and market hours.
- EA does not start: confirm it is MQL4, allow Algo Trading and inspect the Experts/Journal logs.
