Eligibility details that matter
Current Premier documentation also requires the Personal Area to be older than 30 days, and both the deposit and quarterly-volume criteria must be met in most countries. Internal transfers do not count toward lifetime deposits. Benefits vary by region and are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

- Log in directly to the official Personal Area.
- Open the benefits, rewards or Premier area shown.
- Record whether the PA identifies Premier or Exness Rewards.
- Read the local eligibility and benefit terms.
- Check progress values and qualifying-period dates.
- Ask Support Hub about discrepancies; do not pay an intermediary.
Economic reality check
Do not increase deposits or trading volume solely to reach a loyalty tier. Estimate spread, commission, swap and market risk generated by the extra activity, then compare that cost with benefits you would actually use. A reward cannot turn negative-expectancy trading into a sound decision.

Questions from a first-time learner
Is there an Exness VIP trading account?
No account type is officially named VIP; the term usually points to Premier or Rewards status.
Is Premier still available to everyone?
No. Exness says some clients moved to Exness Rewards from 1 July 2025; check the PA.
Can I qualify with an internal transfer?
Internal transfers do not count toward the published Premier lifetime-deposit criterion.
Should I trade more just to reach a tier?
Not without proving the incremental trading costs and risks are worth the usable benefits.
