Course context: This lesson belongs to a practical beginner curriculum for Pakistan.
| Cost layer | Where it appears | Question |
|---|---|---|
| Exness/method fee | PA method card or transaction summary | Is a fixed or percentage fee displayed? |
| Payment-provider fee | Provider confirmation/statement | Does the wallet/bank charge receiving or processing cost? |
| Currency conversion | PA summary or provider rate | Which rate and currencies are used? |
| Intermediary bank/network | Receiving statement | Can correspondent/network deductions apply? |
| No-activity review/charge | General withdrawal rules | Was there legitimate trading activity? |
Net amount worksheet
Expected net = requested withdrawal − displayed fee − provider/network deductions − conversion loss. Record the original account currency, payout currency, quoted rate and final provider credit. A “0” on one fee line does not prove that conversion or third-party costs are zero.
Before confirmation
- Open PA → Withdraw and select a currently available method.
- Record live fee, minimum, maximum and processing window.
- Confirm the destination account belongs to the same legal name.
- Review requested and receiving currencies.
- Save the transaction summary before confirming.
- Compare final provider credit and retain both records.
Method comparison
| Method A/B/C | Fee | Conversion | Provider/network cost | Expected net | Maximum time |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Option A | Live value | Rate/pair | Document | Calculate | Live value |
| Option B | Live value | Rate/pair | Document | Calculate | Live value |
| Option C | Live value | Rate/pair | Document | Calculate | Live value |
Unexpected deduction workflow
Open Transaction history, select the withdrawal and compare its invoice ID, amount, fee and timeline with the receiving statement. If the figures do not reconcile, use Get support on that transaction and attach both records. Do not create duplicate withdrawals while investigating.

Questions from a first-time learner
Does Exness always charge no withdrawal fee?
Do not assume that. Read the fee shown for the selected live method and check provider/conversion costs.
Can a zero displayed fee still produce a smaller credit?
Yes. Currency conversion, network or receiving-provider charges may affect net funds.
Where is the current fee shown?
On the payment method and transaction summary in the Personal Area.
How do I dispute an unexplained deduction?
Select the transaction in Transaction history and use Get support with the destination statement.
