Model validation design
- Define prediction target and decision timestamp.
- Prevent future data from entering features.
- Split training, validation and untouched test periods chronologically.
- Include spread, commission, swap, conversion and slippage.
- Test multiple market regimes and symbols.
- Compare against simple baselines.
- Freeze the model before demo forward testing.

Security review
Do not provide a vendor with the Personal Area password, security codes, withdrawal rights or unrestricted remote access. API keys and EA permissions should be least-privilege where supported, stored securely and revocable. Scan binaries and prefer auditable source code before demo installation.

Does AI guarantee a forex edge?
No. Only reproducible out-of-sample and forward-test evidence can support a limited claim.
Can AI software trade through Exness API with an MT5 account?
Standard MetaTrader accounts cannot use the API; use an eligible Exness-platform account or an MT5 EA.
What is the biggest backtest risk?
Data leakage and overfitting can make a model appear predictive when it is not.
Should a vendor receive my Exness password?
