Two thresholds
Course context: This lesson belongs to a practical beginner curriculum for Pakistan.
| Threshold | What determines it | When it applies |
|---|---|---|
| First-deposit requirement | Trading account type and registered region | Before the account can begin live trading |
| Payment-method minimum | Selected live deposit route | Every deposit made through that method |
| Practical trading capital | Stop distance, volume, margin and cost | Before opening each position |
| Personal loss budget | Amount affordable to lose without hardship | Before funding at all |
Read the exact amount
- Open or select the intended trading account in the official PA.
- Check its displayed first-deposit requirement.
- Open Deposit and select a currently available method.
- Record its minimum, maximum, fee, currency and processing time.
- Fund at least the higher applicable requirement only after verification.
- Keep the payment account in the same legal name.
Standard versus Professional
| Account family | Current rule | Beginner implication |
|---|---|---|
| Standard / Standard Cent | Low first minimum varies by method and region | Start with demo; use Cent only if offered and suitable |
| Pro / Raw Spread / Zero | Higher first minimum varies by region | Choose for execution/cost structure, not prestige |
| Later deposits | Payment-method minimum applies | Recheck the PA each time |
| Demo | Virtual funds, no real deposit | Best place to test platform and sizing first |
From deposit to safe position size
A successful deposit does not mean the balance can support the intended trade. Calculate planned cash loss from stop distance and volume, then add spread, both commission sides, possible swap and slippage. Check margin and stressed margin level separately. If minimum volume risks too much, skip the trade or use a smaller-contract account/instrument.
Worked decision example
Suppose the account’s first-deposit requirement is USD 200 while the chosen method minimum is USD 10. The required first deposit is at least USD 200. If the account requirement is lower but the method minimum is USD 25, the transaction must meet USD 25. These numbers illustrate the rule; use the live values shown to your account.

Questions from a first-time learner
What is the minimum Exness deposit in Pakistan?
It is account-, region- and payment-method-specific; the exact current value is shown in the PA.
Do later deposits use the same first-deposit rule?
After the initial requirement is met, the selected payment method’s minimum governs later deposits.
Is the minimum enough to trade safely?
Not necessarily. Position risk, costs and margin may require more—or may make the trade unsuitable.
Can I deposit from another person’s account?
No. Payments must come from accounts belonging to the verified client.
